How to install hlp via python pip

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_hlp_env

source test_hlp_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation hlp

To install hlp on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install hlp

To install hlp on Unix/macOs:

pip install hlp

Step 3: If you want to install a specific hlp version, add ==<hlp version> to the end command line
