How to install hcnb via python pip

Installation:

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_hcnb_env

test_hcnb_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_hcnb_env

source test_hcnb_env/bin/active
