How to install forte.spacy via python pip

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_forte.spacy_env

source test_forte.spacy_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation forte.spacy

To install forte.spacy on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install forte.spacy

To install forte.spacy on Unix/macOs:

pip install forte.spacy
