py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_enlp_env

test_enlp_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_enlp_env

source test_enlp_env/bin/active

To install enlp on Windows(CMD):

To install enlp on Unix/macOs:

pip install enlp
