How to install e2fyi-utils via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_e2fyi-utils_env

test_e2fyi-utils_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_e2fyi-utils_env

source test_e2fyi-utils_env/bin/active
