How to install dopple via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_dopple_env

test_dopple_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_dopple_env

source test_dopple_env/bin/active

To install dopple on Unix/macOs:
