How to install dle-encoder via python pip

test_dle-encoder_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_dle-encoder_env

source test_dle-encoder_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation dle-encoder

To install dle-encoder on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install dle-encoder

To install dle-encoder on Unix/macOs:

pip install dle-encoder
