How to install dl-skel via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_dl-skel_env

test_dl-skel_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_dl-skel_env

source test_dl-skel_env/bin/active

Step 2: OK, now, let flow below content to start the installation dl-skel

To install dl-skel on Windows(CMD):

py -m pip install dl-skel

To install dl-skel on Unix/macOs:

pip install dl-skel

Step 3: If you want to install a specific dl-skel version, add ==<dl-skel version> to the end command line
