How to install django-makesuperuser via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_django-makesuperuser_env

test_django-makesuperuser_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_django-makesuperuser_env

source test_django-makesuperuser_env/bin/active
