How to install citygml2stl via python pip

py -m pip install --user virtualenv

py -m venv test_citygml2stl_env

test_citygml2stl_env\Scripts\active

pip3 install virtualenv

python3 -m venv test_citygml2stl_env

source test_citygml2stl_env/bin/active
