Definitions and usages

the object specifies a set of copies of simple-page-master.

The object's sub-classes are fo:conditional-page-master-references (called "schemes").

Which scenario to use depends on the evaluation of the condition, which allows different page-masters to be used for the first page, odd/even page, and blank page.
