Definitions and usages
The label defines the frame set. I t is used to organize multiple windows (frames). E ach framework has a separate document. In the simplest application, the frameset element declares only the number of columns or rows that exist in the framework set.
Because of the negative impact of the label on web page availability, the label is not supported in HTML 5. Please refer to the "HTML and frameset" section for information!

The hashtags are not supported in HTML 5.
