How to get static image url from flickr url?

Asked by Kody Meza on Dec 14, 2021 FAQ

But if you, like me, still end up here after googling, check out this link: flickr.com/services/api/misc.urls.html – Gerben Jacobs Sep 27 '12 at 23:39 In your Flickr URL, the photo ID is 2658147888. You use flickr.photos.getSizes to get the various sizes of the photo available, and pick the url you want from that, depending on the size.
Similarly,
"You can get the URL of your own images on Flickr. To do this just click "Actions" and "View all sizes." You can then right-click to get the URL of the photo." Now can someone tell me where to find the "Actions" ?!?! I use Firefox and Chrome and I just cannot find it.
Also Know, 3. To get the Static URL = the link to the Jpeg: right click on any photo on the All Sizes page, click on "open in new tab", go the new page and copy the URL from the address bar. . Thanks again Mabel! Still...it was much easier with the old web set up!
In addition,
BB Code (if that's what you need for your forum) is under the pushpin just to the right of the HTML angle brackets. Both sets of code provide the mandatory linkback to Flickr.
Also,
There are several ways to access the API so please specify if you want more details for a particular language. With specifying extras=url_o you get a link to the original image:
