Indeed,
"I've just started my job" implies that I'm still in that job; "I've just cleaned the car" implies that it's still clean as I speak; etc, etc. OK, so it can be argued that the simple past will be understood to mean the same thing ... except (and it's a big EXCEPT) that the adverb "just" has other meanings, notably "simply/only/merely".
In this manner, If I were describing recovery in a town after an electricity blackout, I might use Things started working again if there was sporadic recovery and Things started to work again if the recovery were genuine. But that's really just me. In other cases it's clearer.
Additionally,
You would normally say "I started..." if you specify a date or time. The activity could still be going on, or could already be finished. You use "I have started..." when you don't want to specify a date or time, and whatever you started is still happening. I have started doing yoga every day.
Just so,
Which one is correct: "I started working last month" or "I started to work last month"? The owner of it will not be notified. Only the user who asked this question will see who disagreed with this answer. both are correct but the first one is better when saying it out loud.
