How does a gsa work request ( rwa ) work request work request?

Reimbursable Work Authorizations (RWAs) are formal agreements between GSA and a customer whereby GSA agrees to provide goods and/or services and the customer agrees to reimburse GSA's direct and indirect costs. RWA Work Requests (WRs) are sent by a customer to PBS as an identification of a need for a project or service.
Subsequently,
Customers may still save and even submit RWA Work Requests to GSA via eRETA towards the end of the fiscal year. Once the next FY begins, they will just have to make sure that the funding information (“Billing Info” and “Accounting Details”) tabs in eRETA reflect funding available in the current FY.
