Can't see formula in formula bar excel?

Open your spreadsheet and click on the File menu. Next, click on Excel Options and move to the Advanced tab. Scroll to the Display section. Uncheck the box labeled Show Formula Bar and click OK: N.B. This manipulation can also be performed via the View menu.
