Is the ajax siren the same as the ajax coaster?

Asked by Aydin Montgomery on Nov 28, 2021 AJAX

The rest of the range all follow the same modern design, such as the wireless indoor siren which is barely as big as a coaster with the Ajax logo and a grey fabric covering to the front, although it still packs a meaty punch with a 105dB alarm.
Accordingly,
Sign in to the Ajax app. Go to the Devices menu. Select the detector or device. Go to its settings and set the necessary parameters for activating the siren. The siren can respond to the tamper alarm of devices and detectors. The option is disabled by default.
In addition, Connecting to the Ajax security system via the secured Jeweller radio protocol, StreetSiren communicates with the hub at a distance of up to 1,500 m in line of sight. The device is set up via the Ajax apps for iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows. The system notifies users of all events through push notifications, SMS, and calls (if activated).
In respect to this,
Allows the user to disconnect the device without removing it from the system. Through the Ajax app, you can configure which detector alarms can activate the siren. This can help to avoid situations when the security system notifies of LeaksProtect detector alarm or any other device alarm.
Also,
The home screen of the app has four options for devices, rooms, notifications and control. The devices tab lists all the Ajax devices installed, along with the battery life and signal strength to the Hub. The flood detector and smoke alarm also show a small ‘24’ symbol as both of these work autonomously even if the Hub is out of action.
