Definitions and usages
The object is defined as a footnote inside the region-body of the page.
This is an error if the slt;fo:footnote is a descendant of a stream that is not assigned to region-body.
This is also an error if the slt;fo:footnote is a descendant of the fo:block-container that generates the absolute positioning area.
The object may not take the object as a descendant of the .lt;fo:float>, the .lt;fo:footnote> or the .lt;fo:marker>
