Voucher application method

To empower developers to implement functional iterations of small programs at a lower cost of resources, Small Program Cloud Development offers two types of vouchers:

• Universal Vouchers: Pro/Ultimate;
• Special vouchers.

Before applying for a voucher, please note:

• Universal vouchers and special vouchers are only available in the prepaid model and are not supported in the pay-as-you-go model;
• Account numbers that have applied for universal vouchers will no longer be able to apply for special vouchers;
• After the account number of the special voucher has been applied for is completed, you can continue to apply for the universal voucher.

Developers can apply for vouchers in the nightly version of the WeChat Developer Tool Cloud Development Console Fee Management voucher module.

Universal vouchers

Application criteria

Two types of vouchers are available for the Professional Edition (104 yuan/month) and the Ultimate Edition (860 yuan/month), each of which is available accordingly:

• Pro: For the last 31 days, a small program that records no less than 100 unique visitors (UVs) in user visits every day for 5 consecutive days can apply for a Pro voucher.
• Ultimate Edition: For the last 31 days, a small program that records no less than 2000 unique visitors (UVs) in user visits every day for 5 consecutive days can request a Ultimate Voucher.

Among them:

• 5 consecutive days: Means no less than 5 consecutive days. 5 consecutive days, 6 consecutive days, 7 consecutive days, etc. are valid data.
• Record to user access: To log access to user access to the cloud console, the traceUser needs to be set to true when the wx.cloud.init method is called. Users who are not logged to user access will not be considered valid data, please refer to wx.cloud.init for specific usage.
• Independent Visitors (UV): refers to the returns according to the visitors, and each independent user is valid data.
• Not less than 100/2000: means greater than or equal to 100/2000.

A small program account that meets the UK version of the application is also satisfied with the application standard for the professional version.However, each small program account has only one of the professional version / flagship version, and when the vouchers apply to enter the coupon, it will not be able to replace the application-voucher type, please apply carefully.

Application description

The voucher application includes the following states:

• Undless application: When the voucher application standard is satisfied, the developer of the applet can initiate a voucher application.
• Undudited: After submitting the application, the voucher application will be in the unidentified state.At this time, the developer can cancel the application, and the voucher application operation can be initiated again after cancellation.
• In a coupon: After the review, the voucher application will be in the state of the coupon.For applets in the vase, developers will not be able to revoke the application or replace the voucher type, so please apply for a voucher.
• After the shuttle is completed: After the voucher is issued, the voucher application will be in the state of the coupon, follow-up will no longer issue a voucher.

After the application, the system will issue a voucher per month, and the accumulation is 12 months.In addition to the first time, each time IPA is issued two days in advance.If the application time is 30 or 31, the issuance time is the No. 29 to be on the second day.

When an application is filed or issued a voucher, the system will notify the applicant through the template message while notifying the group by the alarm group.

Special voucher

Special vouchers currently have no applicable.

Voucher instructions

The following vouchers use instructions for general vouchers and special vouchers.

Developers can log in to the cloud development console of WeChat Developer Tool to view the details of the voucher.At the same time, use the corresponding voucher when purchasing the prepaid package.

The status of the voucher issued is divided into to be used, has been frozen, used, has expired.The description of each state is as follows:

• To be used: Unused and undepended vouchers can be used to deduct the cost.
• It has been frozen: display the voucher that has been confirmed but not paid.
• Use: The balance has been used vouchers, which is not available for deducting costs.
• Expired: Vouchers who have passed the validity period cannot be used to deduct the cost.

To understand the specific information of the voucher, including the voucher number, available amount, total amount, state, use threshold, expiration time, etc., the voucher module of the cloud development console fee management can be viewed.

Vouchers issued can be used to pay for orders. The following rules apply during use:

• Only one voucher can be used for an order.
• A voucher can only be used for one order.
• Orders paid based on vouchers must not be purchased for more than 1 month.
• Vouchers have no amount threshold and can be used to purchase any version of the cloud development plan.
• Vouchers will not be available when they are frozen or have expired.
• For orders paid with vouchers, vouchers will not be refunded when a refund is initiated.
