SQLite's AUTOINCREMENT is a keyword that automatically increments the field values in the table. We can use the AUTOINCREMENT keyword to automatically increase the field value on a specific column name when we create the table.
The keyword AUTOINCREMENT can only be used for integer (INTEGER) fields.
The basic usage of the AUTOINCREMENT keyword is as follows:
CREATE TABLE table_name( column1 INTEGER AUTOINCREMENT, column2 datatype, column3 datatype, ..... columnN datatype, );
Suppose the COMPANY table you want to create looks like this:
sqlite> CREATE TABLE COMPANY( ID INTEGER PRIMARY KEY AUTOINCREMENT, NAME TEXT NOT NULL, AGE INT NOT NULL, ADDRESS CHAR(50), SALARY REAL );
Now, insert the following records into the COMPANY table:

This inserts seven d'groups into the COMPANY table, where the records for the COMPANY table are as follows:
