Html's lang property can be used to declare the language of a Web page or part of a Web page. This is helpful for search engines and browsers.

For example, Google Chrome can know that your page is in English based on your code, and you'll be asked if you need to translate it into Chinese.

ISO 639-1 language code

ISO 639-1 is primarily used in terminology, dictionary compilation and linguistics, and is also applicable to any area of work (especially computer systems) that requires a two-letter code to represent the language.
