Set preferences

The dialog box can be managed through the framework but other plug-ins can set other pages to manage the configuration of preferences.

We can open the dialog box by selecting the Preferences menu item from the Window menu.

The preferences page consists of several categories. You can expand each node in the menu on the left to see the configuration of your preferences.

The input box in the upper left corner quickly finds the preferences page. S imply enter the letter of the preference page you're looking for in the input box to quickly find the corresponding preference page. For example, enter font to find the Font preferences page.

After you have finished configuring the preferences page, click the OK button to save the configuration and click the Cancel button to discard the modification.
